My Desk Setup
This is my desk setup for 2026. I built it to give me everything I need for video editing, productivity, and music practice without wasting any space. Every piece of gear below is something I use every single day.

Sits on top of the Mac Studio. It’s a Thunderbolt hub with a hard drive I use for backups and an NVMe SSD that holds my Google Drive files (I edit off it sometimes too).

This thing sounds so good. Edit with the touchscreen or plug it into your computer over USB-C and use Neural DSP’s software.

Every outlet has its own switch, so I can reach over and turn the left speaker, right speaker, CQ-12T, or Quad Cortex Mini on or off in a second.

It clamps to the desk and puts a single bar over both monitors, so there’s no overlap like you get running two light bars.

Mounted behind the desk. I’ve had it for a while now and I really like the subtle glow it adds.

Audimute AcoustiColor sound panels
Color matched to a paint swatch, lightweight, and easy to hang. They’re not technically in the ideal spot behind the speakers, but they deaden the room a little.
